Returns Policy
Is there a problem with your items?
If you are not totally happy with your purchase or there is an issues with the item then you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please contact us prior returning the item and also make sure to include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.

The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge, if any, will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and in saleable condition. Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use signed for post.
If an item is defective upon receipt we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back.

We will not accept any item return without going through the return process so please contact us first.
Guarantee - Most of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and may not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, miss-use, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advise you on how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Complaints If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us Saltwaterangling@gmail.com All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 7 working days. We will endeavor to reach a solution with you within 10 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
MAINTENANCE - Salt water is a very corrosive environment and you have a duty of care to ensure that the item purchased is cleaned and maintained correctly. Failure caused by lack of maintenance is unlikely to be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
